Brooks Hilliard, C.M.C. is a professional speaker and consultant specializing in business applications for computer, communications and Internet technology. After getting his start programming computers for NASA, he worked for many years as a computer industry sales and marketing executive. Since founding Business Automation Associates over 15 years ago, he has consulted to over 500 businesses and government agencies, and served as an expert witness / consultant in both Federal and state courts in nearly 100 legal disputes.

He has an engineering degree from M.I.T., an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, has served on the faculty at the Arizona State University School of Business and, in the corporate environment, has trained over 1000 computer salesmen and managers.

Brooks Hilliard has been involved with electronic data
communications since the 1970s, has had a corporate web site since 1995 and is the publisher of the acclaimed electronic newsletter, the CEO's Web Review (CEOwr), His book, "Buying a Computer for Your Growing Business: An Insider's Guide" was published by Dow Jones.

In addition to his speaking and consulting, Brooks Hilliard has
hosted his own radio show and done commentary on computer
issues for the nationally-syndicated MARKETPLACE news
program on public radio. He is active in several charitable and civic organizations and is a member of the Arizona State Bar Technology Task Force and The Arizona Software Association.
